Just installed Betheme and links from upper right menu such as /about , etc. are 404s

Just installed Betheme and links from upper right menu such as /about/, /clients/, etc. are 404s

Everything else appears to work fine but all of these links (in the upper right hamburger menu) are not valid right after the install.

How can I correct this?

No. I didn't remove the pages. This is very frustrating too that I didn't get notified that you responded. I've been 2 weeks since I bought the theme and this still isn't working. It has something to do with the post-name permalink. If I reset to Plain links it works but the entire point is to have good seo urls. out of the box this doesn't seem to work though with betheme. Nothing works like this:
