Page Title Not Displaying Correctly in Responsive Mode

Hi,

The site displays fine on desktop and laptop but does not display correctly in mobile. How do I correct it so the "Home" does not have a big black box around it? It is suppose to be just a thick line.

I got rid of most of the problem by suppressing the submenu bar but I really only wanted to get rid of it when displaying on the mobile. It looked good with it on the desktop and tablet.
