PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Dear Betheme Team,

I am unable to install the Slide Revolution plugin. I always get the error message PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature. As already mentioned in other posts, I checked that cURL is installed and running (Version 7.38.0).

Do you have any idea? The Betheme system status page says that everything is fine.

Hi,
please contact your hosting provider just to be sure if really CURL is installed and running because this is the only know sollution to your problem.
