I have a problem with site migration. When the internet site is imported into another environment, it imports pages but does not import the content developed with muffins Builder so as to force me to export the template for every single page. Are there any settings I need to set up?

Remember to deregister the current theme first.

this problem I heard only. Normally moving a site to run manually without the use of plugins. Can not you fix this bug?

No sorry, this is nto a bug. Moving a wordpress website without any plugin is not very wise, you will have to manually change a lot of links, including the database.
This is not possible.
