BeTheme Options do not show

Hi,

I just installed Betheme. Everything is fine except for the theme options: I am led to a blank page after clicking on Betheme all option are not available and i have no possibility to change any thanks.

I already disabled all plugin but unfortunately the problem is the same even with all plugin disable.

I put a php file with phpinfo() but the function dont return any result i think due the security option of the server.

waiting your instructions and help.

please provide is with a phpinfo file link. If you cannot create it then please contact your hosting provider.

thanks for your replay, for a security raison my hosting provider sent me an extraction of the phpinfo() fonction result,
