Front page on mobile and desktop behave differently

I have issues with Betheme I have blog shortcode on my front page that blog behave differently on mobile, tablet and differently on desktop. Like it never show new posts that I recently published on mobile and tablet devices but it show latest posts on desktop devices. One more thing when I delete my front page and create a new front page with empty data it still show latest posts on mobile devices and on desktop and it show empty page.

please first go to settings>reading and set the default home page and the posts page (blog)

I think you didn't check website properly and you have no idea about the problem that I'm facing

you have to open website on mobile device and on desktop so that you have idea what the problem is

I delete theme folder now upload it again may be that works .
