Hello,

I cant seem to update the theme, I get this error:
An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

I am not using the theme on any other website so this license should be valid.

How can I fix this?

Having the same issue - single license that has been on this site for months and is on no other sites.

Updating gives message: An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

Having the same problem with updating theme and Revolution Slider and Layer Slider. I have updated the theme manually, by downloading and replacing the "betheme" folder via FTP client. But do not know how to update theme's plugins.

When try to update these two plugins (sliders) I get "Update package not available."

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.

Thats not the issue, looks like others are having this issue and you keep saying its a license issue. Something else is broken....

This error is either caused by:
1. License is registered somewhere else, use the license tool provided above.
2. Deregister and register the theme again.
3. Disable all plugins and try again
