Images not showing

Hi there,

I have just installed BeTheme with a prebuilt site and none of the images are showing. In the media viewer or on the website.

I have installed the Be Tea2 prebuilt site. I think that my media files might be pointing to the wrong place?

I'm not sure how to fix this. I have gone to media in my settings but cannot change where it points.

HI,

please first disable all plugins and switch to the parent theme, then try to import the pre-built website again.

Please also check your system status in the betheme dashboard.

Hi there,

Do you think that it's just the file path that is not working? its actually the theme?

Will reinstalling the prebuilt theme effect all of the content that I have on the site? Will I lose it all and have to start again?

Hi,

All your settings are stored in database.

When you'll import page with same name, it would get overwritten.

If you changed something in your theme code, be sure you changed it in child theme.

To be sure, make a backup.
