Hello,
In post during the investigation, I discovered the one connection to the host
t.sharethis.com, ws.sharethis.com is being built!
How can I switch it off completely? Because of GDPR!

HI,
this is most likely the sharebox function. You can disable it in theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>general.
