Hello. Quick question. If I want to use Yoast SEO, Do I need to tun off SEO function in BeTheme>>>Theme options>>>General>>>SEO>>>SEO Fields>>>Off?

Also, if you leave content in the muffin builder without doing all the switching with the builder>>seo tab, is the content still seo friendly and able to be indexed, crawled for seo purposes? I believe the answer is yes, but just want to be sure.
