Menu disappeared

Dear Team,

I need your kind support for two issues:
1. I installed pre-build theme "Landing 2" and the main menu doesn't appear. I found nothing wrong in the BE Options what could cause this symptom.
2. The pre.build theme looks very different on my WP than on demo site. Its fonts, font-size and space between rows are different. Can I use pre-build theme instant or it need to adjust to get as on demo?

I use a normal bitnami WP on AWS.

    1) Disable all the plugins and try to install it again.

    1. I disabled all plugins and reinstalled the theme. The wrong results are still the same.

    I see you have some plugin which minify HTML.
    Please disable it, it can make troubles.

    OK. In the meantime I found the root cause:
    The "Speedbooster v.3.7.1." plugin for Wordpress causes the menu and font problems with its two options: "Move scripts to the footer" and "Defer parsing of javascript files". After disabling these two options in the plugin the menu and the pre-build look again well.
