Error message despite changing my htaccess to 40!

Hi, why am I shown this line, I already changed my htaccess to 40 after a error message "time of 30 seconds"!

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 40 seconds exceeded in /www/htdocs/w0141e84/pixelway.de/projekt-shop/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1302

Hi,

Please send me a screenshot of your System Status in BeTheme > System Status.

This can be problem with PHP_Time_limit

Please type to your hosting provider and tell him to increase:

PHP_Max_Input_Vars to minimum 5k

PHP_Time_Limit to 180

Hi, I have in the htaccess now

php_value max_input_vars 5000

php_value max_execution_time 180

set. I can update (save) the pages I am editing, but as soon as I am working under products and trying to update, the page works without getting ready for the update.
