where is renovate_works.png ?

Hi. I've successfully installed the home page from the renovation.xml file. But I can't find where to change the file called 

http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/renovate_works.png

I'd like to use a new version for this file with client images. I did a search and found the same (unanswered) question. Wondered if it got lost in the rush.
