I keep running into the same issue with BeBuilder: a page I’ve just created suddenly can’t be opened for editing anymore. When I click “Edit with BeBuilder”, it only shows “Landing Page Content” and the actual page content is no longer accessible in the builder.

This happens very often, and honestly I’m getting tired of having to contact support every single time. I’ve purchased multiple templates/licenses from you (I currently have 7 licenses), and the issue still keeps occurring.

My questions:

1. Why does this happen (possible root causes)?
2. Is there a step-by-step workaround so I can fix it myself whenever it happens?

Current behavior:

When a user does not give consent for analytics or marketing on the first visit, Google cookies are correctly not set. However, if the user first accepts and later changes the cookie consent and withdraws analytics or marketing consent, Google cookies are still being loaded or remain set. This is not GDPR compliant. After withdrawal, the cookies should be stopped and ideally removed.

Question:

Is there a workaround or recommended configuration in BeTheme GDPR Cookie Consent 2.0 to ensure that after a user withdraws consent, Google cookies are reliably blocked and deleted, especially when used together with Google Site Kit.

If needed, I can provide:

Google Tag ID, BeTheme version, WordPress version, and a short video or screenshots showing the steps.

Can I please have 2 things concerning the toggle on this page:

1. Make the toggle centered on the page. I changed all of the settings to center it, but it didn't do anything.

I am new to Betheme, I was trying to create or modify my website header unable to find it easier, even though I installed Corporate3 template by selecting Elementor as page builder, while creating custom header it is taken Bebuilder. I am stuck here. CaseFabric

I have few questions now.

1. Can we create header and footer through Elementor (like we do in other sites)
2. I have attached an image, please check and let me know is the same design possible. (As you can see the image after header is merged with Header)
3. is there a way we can remove/ hide BeBuilder and only shoe elementor by default?

I would like to change the backgorund colour of the Muffin Recent Posts widget in the sidebar to match the style in the footer, which has adapted to the dark background.

Same goes for the pagination bar at the bottom.

I have been having some odd issues lately with the latest release. I am not sure if the below are related but both are definitely concerning.

1) I went to Theme Options - CSS the other day to add some code. When I added the code, and clicked save changes, all of my past code & the new code was gone! I tried to add it in the new code again, and same thing when the page reloaded all the code was gone.

Luckily, I have many backups & I uploaded the site to a development server & grabbed the code from there. For now I placed it in Appearance - Customize, as the Theme Options are still won't allow for the code to be added.

2) I have been using WP Bakery for years. If I update a page, and click update, it updates. However, if I then go to click off that page in the admin, it asks me if I want to save changes. It is thinking there is a new change, even though I already clicked the update button.

i see this blue color in default theme button of slider and in buttons in other points .. i imagine is the default color but i don t find it nowhere in the settings..

I am trying to build a content block where the left side contains text and a link (this part works fine), and the right side should display a rotating slider.

I added the module Offe Slider Full, but the slider itself appears very small. When I change the width and height under the Advanced settings, a blue background area appears, but the actual slider inside remains tiny.

How can I make the slider scale to the full size of the content area?

I just purchased this theme to speed up my workflow. I installed it on a clean, empty WordPress site but I'm already facing issues with one of the most basic settings: the maintenance page.

I activated the maintenance page in Theme Options > Pages > Under Construction.

However, it isn’t visible on either desktop or mobile. I’ve cleared the cache and cookies and tried a different browser, but the page still doesn’t appear.

I have sent you WordPress dashboard access privately through the contact form.

There's a slight glitch with the Read More button. I recorded a desktop video for you to explain what I'm talking about, which you can find here on YouTube.
