Theme conflict with Visual Composer (Tour & Tabs) - VERY URGENT

I have contacted Visual Composer support and have been advised that there is a code conflict between Visual Composer & BETheme.
Here is my problem that I sent to their support:
I have updated to WP 4.5 and now find that the TOUR TABS are not functioning on the front end and not displaying on the backend.
If you click on front end tabs it just jumps to bottom of the page instead of displaying the tab information.
If you look at the backend of WP at the tabs on pages you only see just 2 tabs showing.
This is their reply:
The issue is because there is a Visual Composer related code present in your theme added by the theme author. You will have to get rid of it. I would advise you to do so with the help of theme author, otherwise you might loose the extra elements added by him. Once this is done, you can install the standalone plugin and it will work fine. Kindly check.

NOTE: I am using the paid version of Visual Composer from WPBakery

we did checked this item on our end and everything works fine. We suggest to update theme and Visual Composer to recent versions. This should help you because plugin's author forgot to tell you that other versions of plugin than recent, are incompatible with latest WP version.
