background image and green column on homepage doesn't show perfectly on mobile/tablet

On mobile and tablet the background image (map image) doesn't show as on desktop version. Do you know how I can solve this problem?
Other question: the green columns at the homepage doesn't show perfectly as well. On desktop version all 3 green columns has the same size, but on tablet and mobile version the left green column is shorter than the other 2 columns. Do you know how I can solve this problem as well?

the Map background you mean is made with css. Such background won't never show on smaller devices because css backgrounds does not work on mobile devices. It's technical issue between css and being responsive.
