Garden 3 Theme doesn't entirely load

I've loaded the Garden 3 theme but not all of the components loaded. 

I'm missing the slider and menu. Please help.

Please disable all of the plugins and try to install this pre-built website again.

Also, be sure that your BeTheme is up to date.
