Site won't leave Under Construction!

Guys I really need your help. I had my site on Under Construction for a while and now I have published and cleared cache, used a different browser but I still see under construction on any logged out browser, please help!

Please disablle all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

I have a similar issue and deactivating all plugins and clearing cache is not working for me either. Kindly help.

I do not see that issue.
I tested this website on a couple of devices and none of them has the "under construction" mode turned on.

yes its working now. my guess is -  it needs some time to recycle. thanks
