we can't create new sites anymore (after the new update of Wordpress)

Hello,

we've got a big problem. Whenever we wanna create new site, the ability to update/publish this site does not work anymore. In some cases we have to login although we are already logged in, so it is not possible for us to create a new site. All this happened after the new update.

Please help as soon as possible.

By the way, there is no problem with wordpress there is a problem with the muffinbuilder. It does not works.
