Can't Get RevSlider to Display NewsHero HTML5 video

Hey Guys, 

I believe I've done everything right and I consulted RevSlider's tutorials as well before reaching out to you. I'm trying to get the looping video with the pretty images to play using the NewsHero slider and it's not working. The page will only display the static image that is part of the slider package, not the video. Can you help? Thanks. Here's the link to the page I'm working on: PAGE

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins(leave turned on only the Revolution Slider), clear cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

I did all of that and the problem persists. I'm also still having trouble with the transparent header that I sent your team a message and credentials for.

Trying to get the HTML5 video to play--the one that starts with the icebergs. I used it for a time on one of the other sites I built, but I can't find it in the downloadable folders for BeTheme now.

Hi,
I've created the new slider named "MufSupp" and page named "Muffin Test"

There is a slider with "Hero Slider" type and video which is looping.
To set the video to loop, you have to get into the "Source Settings" of the slide.

Take a look how it's created and recreate it as you want to make it look like.'

Hi Pablo, 

Not quite. (1) It looks like you added a slider from YouTube, thank you, but that's not the one I'm after. I was seeking the HTML5 video that comes with the BeTheme package. The video that starts with the icebergs etc. It's the one called media carousel autoplay, but it's not available in the documentation folder when I download the files so I can't match the files when trying to download the free template from the revslider plugin even though it's supposed to be there. https://revolution.themepunch.com/wordpress-media-gallery/ (2) I'm unable to edit any of the text on the slider, I understand how it's usually supposed to work, but there is nothing to work from in the slider. I tried absolutely everything to no avail. I even tried duplicating the slide to see if I could edit it and creating an entirely new slide, but that didn't work. (3) The transparent header on the Home Page still looks funny. (4) Can you reduce the height space the slider takes up by 50%? sorry but the iceberges video is not included in the theme. This video is offered by the Revolution Slider plugin and you would have to contact the plugin author for it.

Do you want that movie exactly on your website, or do you want just the HTML5 video option to upload your own movie?

If you want to change the youtube video, just click on the HTML5 video in slide options, see screen: http://prntscr.com/m246wr

Also, the text on the slides is inserted in the static/global layer, which is the first slide, edit it.

3. What do you mean it looks funny? Please explain what do you want it to look like.

4. You can change the height of the slider in the plugin, just edit the slider and scroll down to size options. See screen: http://prntscr.com/m2487t
