Can't update BeTheme

Hi!

I haven't been able to update BeTheme for a month. All my plugins are updating normally and I am running the newest version of WordPress. 

I get this each time:

Enabling Maintenance mode…

Updating Theme Betheme (1/1)

Downloading update from http://api.muffingroup.com/theme/download.php?code=92a17d8e-bedd-43fa-88c3-cbc955c80585…
Unpacking the update…
Installing the latest version…
Theme update failed.

An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.

this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain.
Please use this tool to manage your license keys:

Hi,

I checked, and there is only one domain registered there. I own only one website, and I'm using BeTheme for almost a year now, no changes whatsoever on my website.

Please deregister and register your license key.
Then try to update your theme like 3-4 times.

It won't remove your settings or content build with Muffin Builder.
If this won't help, then please tell me, does your website name starts with the "W" letter?

I can't do that unless I delete all BeTheme files. I tried multiple times, even switched to generic theme, but I still get a message that I can't do this unless all the files are deleted first. Yes, my website starts with a "w".

Please now deregister and register it again in your betheme dashboard.

We deregistered it for you, in your wordpress admin> betheme dashboard

We installed slider revolution plugin and it went fine. You are now free to install any plugin or pre-built website you desire.

Hello,

we entered your license key to the api license tool, see link: http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/

And found that it is registered under this domain: kaffegarten.grafikdesign-jaspers.de

If you want to use the key on another domain, you will have to deregister it from that domain.

If you removed that domain, you can use the license api tool linked above.

Then you will be able to register the current domain and update/install plugins.
