Can't activate Revolution slider

in Theme support

I get this error. Any help would be appreciated.

The htdocs folder is there because the website is hosted by Network Solutions (not my choice), and they require that all files on the website be in that folder.

    Hi,
    This is problem related to plugin, not the theme.
    Please uninstall and install your revoltuion slider, then disable all of the plugins.
    Then update the wordpress and betheme to the newest version.

    After that, install the Revolution Slider through BeTheme > Install Plugins and check if the issue still exists.
