Site doesn't scroll on touch screen of laptop

Hi, I've read several remarks about the site not scrolling on touch screen of laptops, and you say that 'nice scroll' should be turned off.

But this feature is deprecated in my version of BeTheme, so I cannot turn it off.

So, how do I solve this problem then?
