Can't activate - Fatal Error, Fresh Install

This is a new installation with a valid registration code for the betheme. I even tried uninstalling the theme and reinstalling it. 

This is the error I get.

Sorry, I deleted previous comments by accident - I wanted to do it in another topic because somebody was multiposting.

But, please tell me.
1) Is your PHP Version 7 or higher? (Slider Revolution is not working with PHP 7.3 for now, we are currently waiting for the update, so we suggest to use PHP version between 7 and 7.2)

2) Is your Wordpress up to date?
