Update not working, photos didn't load, theme problem?

Hi,

When I try and update the BeTheme Header Builder, Layer Slider, Slider Revolution plugins I get this:

There is some kind of problem with the theme, I think, because not all of the photo loaded. They are showing "?". 

I'm on a tight deadline and I have two pages done and I don't want to lose them. 

 What do you suggest?

I checked my license number and it seems to match what is in the theme. I can only see about 13 digits but it matches. What should I try now?

Please deregister your license key from your website, then please go to that API I sent you in the previous message and check if the license key is still registered on your website (if it is, please deregister it through the API tool), then register it again and try to update your plugins like 3-4 times with all of the plugins disabled.

That worked, I'm back in business but now the slider isn't working. The plugin is updated but it's not displaying. Any suggestions?

offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to
contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page
is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

I checked in the HTML code of the main page and it's not even in the code

Did you select the slider in the page options? (while editing the page)

I've got a new question for you. For the blog page all of the users show up as authors. Is there a way to only show published authors. I've uploaded a screen shot here.

Do you mean to display only authors which posted something on the blog, right?

This is not possible, it's basic WordPress functionality and we can do nothing about it.

It require WP files customization, which we do not support.

I've got a new question. How do you change the color behind the slider and top header images. Right now it's a dark green and I'd like to change it to a blue or white. Here is the website address: You can see the green as the image loads.

I've changed all of the green to blue in the dashboard colors.

It's the "Header" background color.

Please go to the Theme Options > Colors > Header and change the "Header" background.

If you don't see it, then you can import it without installing the pre-built website.

I've got a new question. The "Buy" button on the top right of the navigation, where do I find that to change the link and wording?

I just found it, it's an Extra's Action Button. Now I'm trying to figure out how to change the color of the text.

You can do it in the Theme Options > Colors > Header, there you will find the "Action Button" section.
