I can't Update - Starting Version too old?
Hi Guys, thank you for your theme.
I was commissioned for a site where for 3 or more years they have not updated the theme nor the attached plugins.
First of all I bought a new license, but I can't update, maybe because the starting Betheme is too old (version 10.0). I've already backed up everything possible.
Any suggestions?
The documentation and tutorials procedure does not work, the result is always this error response: "Unpacking the package ...
Installing the theme ...
The destination directory already exists. / Home / accadem7 / public_html / wp-content / themes / betheme /
Failed theme installation. ".
Of course I would like to update the bundled theme and premium plugins and keep the theme configurations (there are no customizations that require a child theme)
Suggested solutions?

Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.
