Can't edit content using muffin on a new website

I have just bought the theme and installed the plugins and pre build web site - Hosing.

When trying to click on the editing pencil in muffin (on every page), I get no response and I can't edit.

Can you help ?

Hi,

Is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

Is your WP and BeTheme up to date?

Also, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.
