Need to deregister, don't know previous themeforest username

Hello,

A site using BeTheme is moving to a new server. I have the license (purchased less than 6 months ago), but I don't have access to the original themeforest username in order to use the BeTheme License tool.  How should I proceed to update the theme to the latest minor version?

Sorry, but we can do nothing about it here.

You would have to find your e-mail inbox for this login or ask envato support for help.

Without the username, you are not allowed to deregister the license key.
