CAN'T REGISTER B-THEME

I de-registered the purchase code from another install I created in wordpress by mistake.  

I also deleted the theme from that install and double checked the ftp and the other install has been removed

but my new install won't allow me to register the theme.  I keep getting the message to de-register from the other

site which I already did.
