Can't install premium plugins

When I try to install a premium bundled plugin I get an error:

Downloading installation package from https://api.muffingroup.com/plugins/download.php?code=********-****-****-****-************&plugin=revslider…

Download failed. cURL error 56: OpenSSL SSL_read: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, errno 104

Anyone else getting this error?

Hello,

it is probably a transient network issue or a misconfiguration in your curl installation. If the error is still occurring you can use -v flag to get more details about the TLS handshake. You should contact your hosting provider so he can check out how to take care of this issue. We often see this issue around and it is always taken care by the hosting provider.
