Can't use License on other Site

I have purchased three licenses and used them on different websites. I don't use two websites any more and i want to

deregister two Betheme licenses to use them on new Websites.

When I try to deregister licenses with the tool on http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/, it only shows the one active license and i have no chance to deregister the two other licenses. The old websites were deleted, so that there is no way to deregister there.

Is there any other way to deregister ?

Hello,

please first manually deregister those keys in the existing domains, then go to the tool and deregister it there. If the theme was removed, you can then deregister it using the tool.

After that, register on a domain you like.

Deregister in the old domains doesn't work, cause there is no access to domains any more.

I need a solution to set the two registered licences free without domains and than I can use the tool like you have explained.

If you don't see any domains registered on our license manager tool (http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/), then they are free to use.

Remember, that You can use one license per end product, so you can use any pre-built
website you desire or mix them but you cannot use the theme license on
two domains.

Also, after registering your theme(which can be done only on BeTheme Dashboard), try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after
2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.
