Menu anchors won't smoothly scroll

Hi. I put my hyperlink on menu item as /#servicos and set the section in my home page as servicos. The anchor works fine, but it doesn't scroll. How can I do it to get it to scroll smoothly to the section with the anchor? Thanks!

(website is still offline)

Did you turn on the "One Page" option?

Edit the homepage, scroll down to the page options and turn it on:
