#top anchor link doesn't send to the top

I created a onepage website using the instructions from this forum and everything is working great but the #top anchor doesn't quite send the site to the top. It sends it a couple dozen pixels below the actual top. I'm working from the template Art.

    Nevermind sorry. Got it fixed.

    Anyone else has this problem make sure the page you're trying to set to onepage has that setting toggled on!
