Can't register theme with purchased license code

Hi,

I had to reinstall BeTheme on a new website build after having complications with the first install - I registered the them on the first install and I have now removed those content files.

I paced the license code in the new website and it's saying I need to deregister the previous website and remove the folder on the old website which I have already done.

Please help?
