Right Panel doesn't scroll down

In my site, the left menu is ok and works but the right one doesn't scroll down to the sections.

as we see, you don't have "about" section and that's the reason why "About" menu item does not work. Also you can not duplicate ID's. You got 2 x "menu" ID. The first one is for main menu which comes by default and the second one is for your section. So please change your section's name.
