Order of portfolio categories in the filter

On the site https://www.formegroup.it/, in the section Realizations, in the filter part I would like the portfolio categories to be in this order: All, Bar-Ice Cream Shop-Pastry Shop, Bakery, Catering, Food. Could you help me? Thanks
