Left and right side Post/Product Suggestion Navigation buttons

Hello - how may I eliminate the side post/product suggestions. Is there a technical name for these buttons?

Hello,

Yes, they are named "Sticky Arrows" and they can be disabled in the Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General.

Tick on the "Hide Sticky Arrows" option:
