We are facing issue on our website. CSS files on frontend are loading for logged in users but these do not load for the logged out users. I have attached the Network tab of inspector for both cases. I will send the FTP and Dashboard information separately via email.

When we insert a Vimeo video using the builder, the thumbnail that Vimeo normally displays by default while the video is loading does not appear. Instead, the video area simply remains empty until the video has fully loaded at maximum resolution.

We’ve seen previous support replies mentioning the option to set a custom placeholder image, but we understand this applies only to self-hosted videos. In this case, we are referring to Vimeo’s native functionality, which should automatically display a thumbnail during the loading phase.

It seems that the BeTheme builder is preventing Vimeo from showing its default thumbnail.

Could you please check this or confirm whether this is a known issue?

I created a video of the slide show, and uploaded it to the media library

I created the video element , and pointed it to the mp4 file.

The parameters are set to:

autoplay loop muted playsinline

cache is flushed.

I even restarted the laptop, and only went the the browser, video area just has a blank, black square.

If the slider could expand to this size I would have used it, but I did not get an answer about that either.

What should I be doing to correct this, and allow the video to play on a loop? Muted is fine, there is no sound for it in any case.

Most of the issues I have had were searchable, but this one did not garner any results.

If you need me to supply anything additional, please let me know.

In our webshop (http://freecer.at) the check mark symbols are displayed extremely large for some elements, but normal for others. We have already tested adjustments, but could not fix the problem permanently.

We are experiencing a significant increase in the size of the /wp-content/uploads folder on multiple websites. Many image files are being automatically generated in various dimensions upon upload, and a large number of these seem to be unused across the theme and website content.

Could you please help me understand:

1. Which image sizes are automatically generated by BeTheme after media upload?
2. Are there any image dimensions that are not required by the theme, and can be safely disabled to reduce storage usage?
3. Is there an official way to disable or limit the generation of these image sizes (e.g. via code or theme settings)?

We would like to optimize our media library and reduce unnecessary disk usage without affecting the layout or image rendering in the theme.
