I am not sure what happened but the font has been increased without any input from my side. Any assistance would be appreciated.

we use BeTheme a lot for our client websites and I noticed that actually some websites do not cash fonts locally with the BeTheme option... Some, is there something wrong in the settings?

I will send login details to the contact form you have... Maybe you could assist us with this, because we have over 50 BeTheme licenses and we did notice that some websites do not work...

We cannot use Google fonts because we are based in Germany, where we are not legally allowed to load fonts from Google, so this is a very important feature.

I'm attempting to use a certain Google font - Rubik Distressed - but the font isn't showing up on the web page after I save it. I'm first testing the look of it in the <h2>.

Here's the code that's been inserted into the CSS for that one page:

I followed your instructions on uploading the free icons via the Icomoon app. I select all icons and generate the file and download it to my computer. When I add the icons to BeTheme and select the .zip file, it gives me the following error:

This is not the Icomoon zip file. Please try again

It won't import any of the icons and tells me the icomoon.zip file is wrong?

Active link (link?) background above didn't change anything. In the sub menu area, there isn't a setting to change the color of the sub menu when you hover over the page.

I am currently having issues with fonts on www.heabmme-zuerich.ch. On the front page the fonts appear as bold although they are sett as regular. The strange thing is, as soon as I go into "Edith with bebuilder" the fonts appear correctly. And occurs just on some sections. These sections which are not working correctly, showing bold fonts in the back end navigation (see + Wrap - + Divider)

I deleted cache - reloaded the page, but nothing works. Is there something I did wrong?

after uploading my icomoon icon pack, the Bebuilder shows the pack but the icons are empty (as described in a previous discussion: https://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/70396/custom-icons).

I saw and followed your video tutorial (https://muffingroup.com/betheme/features/custom-icons/) but the tutorial does not show the preference settings you chose when downloading the font from icomoon.

Could you please provide two exemplary screenshots

• of the settings in the preferences tab in icomoon before downloading and
• of the respective settings in the betheme>icons section when importing the icomoon.zip

to see what it should look like when both settings are aligned?

I am trying to upload a ttf font file, but it tells me "Sorry, you are not allowed to upload this file type." I have checked the list of allowed file types in the Mime Type Settings and it is allowed, and I have uploaded the Disable Real MIME Check plugin. So, it seems to me it should be allowed.

Can you help me figure out how to upload this font file? Thanks so much.

I need to host Google fonts locally. Betheme has this option, but when I test it, it continues to call the API and continues to find a connection.

I've purchased and built probably hundreds of BeTheme websites. It's my favorite theme.

On a site I recently finished, we used UpdraftPlus to push the site from a local dev URL to a WPEngine hosting. After doing so, the site is still loading .WOFF files from the old dev URL!

On my dev server the NGINX HTTP logs show many of these:

So, the site is on WPEngine but pulling ONLY the Elementor WOFF files from my server.

I went into BeTheme Options and tried everything I see there (switching back and forth between loading Google Fonts from Google vs Local Cache, regenerating the Fonts under the Tools menu, nothing helped.

This is a serious matter because the dev site needs to go away now that the site is on WPEngine but if I were to take that dev site down, the fonts on the live site would fail to load.

All fonts on my site have suddenly changed without me making any styling edits. I’m not sure what caused it. Can you help me identify what might have happened?
