i am new to this theme and i need some help in making the website in dark mode ( i mean the background is in black and text and headings to be in white)

I see there are many pages, like home, about us, shop, cart, checkout, contact us and many more

changing all these pages background and text styles as said above is difficult.

Is there a way i can make changes to style, so the whole site is going have same styles.

Another issue, i am using "be store" pre built website. In the header it have a search box and again search icon next to it, i dont think its really meaningful

how to remove the icon in the header

I also need a clarification that if i start making changing to the site style to dark, does it apply for mobile version too? because i see every section in editing have all resolutions like desktop, notebook, tab and mobile.

The pre build website is default color as BLUE, but my site is in RED, i tried changing color from the drop down, but its only showing in some places like pricing and rest of the site showing still BLUE color.

Where do i change it to RED, i mean inks, icons and etc...

I am trying to import a Pre-built theme on my Wordpress. But, it gives me an error on the step "Slider", and it does not proceed with the installation. The error says "An error occurred while processing, please check XHR in the JS console for more informations.", and the installation stacks on 88%!

The theme is not functioning properly — I am encountering repeated errors, and the demo (specifically Agency3) is either not importing completely or missing elements. Additionally, updates do not seem to be working as expected.

I have already tried basic troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the theme and checking plugins, but the issue still persists.

I recently updated Betheme to version 28.3.1 but the API 

server connection shows as failed and I cannot register 

my license.

My hosting provider already disabled ModSecurity and 

whitelisted outbound connections, but the issue persists.

Details:

- WordPress: 6.9.4

- Betheme: 28.3.1

- PHP: 7.4.33

- Hosting: Shared hosting (Jupiter/cPanel)

Could you please provide the exact IP addresses or URLs 

that need to be whitelisted on the server firewall to 

allow the API connection?

I've purchased 5 codes this morning and none of them are accepted ("Invalid purchase code."). I've also tried on the Licence website https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and get a message that the code is not valid.

The Question is what settings are the right for the SiteGround Speed Optimizer Plugin together with BeTheme? Because some options are in the BeTheme Performance Tab too.

I’m experiencing a technical issue with my WordPress website that is using the Betheme theme.

After a recent update, I started getting the following error related to theme-shortcodes.php:

Undefined array key "file".

Here is what I have already checked:

• WordPress is updated (version 6.9.3)
• PHP is set to 8.0, (now i set him at 8.4)
• Betheme appears as up to date in WordPress
• I tried deactivating and reactivating the theme

However, the issue still persists.

Another problem I’m facing is that when I open the page editor and click Update, the page just keeps loading indefinitely and the update never completes.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue with Betheme or knows what might be causing this?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I installed the BeShowcase theme after a clean WordPress installation, but I noticed that some effects are missing compared to the demo.

The boxes on the homepage don't have the fuchsia background, and the text isn't in the correct font or white. Other pages are missing details, such as transparent buttons, while in my installation they have a BLUE background.

Other minor details.

Now I wanted to understand if I did something wrong or if the demo data is actually very different from the demo on your site.

I purchased a license for your theme and activated it on a WordPress installation hosted on a previous server. Unfortunately, that server has since been overwritten, and I no longer have access to the old WordPress installation where the license was previously activated.

I would now like to use the same license on a new server and a new WordPress installation. However, it seems the license is still linked to the old installation.

Since I no longer have access to the previous website to deactivate the license from there, I kindly ask you to reset or unlink the license from the old domain so I can activate it on the new server.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side (purchase code, invoice, old domain name, etc.).

On https://procolore.ch/partner/ there are several sections - always picture on one side, text on the other. In the backend all looks good - but on the front some pictures do not appear. Under "Responsive" it is marked as shown.....I just cannot find the mistake I did - even when I copy one of the correct sections, as soon as I change the picture, it does not show.

I delivered a website to my client. It was initially installed as an intranet within the corporation on a local server. When registering the template, the client received the error in the subject line: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate.

I registered the serial number at: https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/.

What else can I check?
