I had a bad problem with my site instoll and had to completely delete the site and wordpress and the files in the file manager on my side and re install the site and wordpress.

I think I should have deregistered the code before deleting the site.

I reinstalled the theme and tried to register it but it said that the code was already used,

This is the same code that I used to install betheme on that SAME url just a day ago so the theme should still be valid.

I would like to utilize the same code on the same url.

Can you please help me to be able to register the site with the the purchase code I just bought and am trying to use on the exact same url.

Our website, fillaendurance.com, is currently registered with a BeTheme license belonging to the marketing company that originally built the site. We no longer have access to that Envato account.

We purchased a new Regular License through Laura Filla's envato account. In Wordpress under BeTheme>Dahsboard, clicking "Deregister theme" does nothing, even after a hard refresh.

Please remove the old license registration from fillaendurance.com so we can activate our newly purchased license. We can provide the new purchase code privately if needed.

I am redesigning my website using your theme. I kept my existing content (pages, images, posts, etc.), but after the import, the hero section is missing, and it seems like Revolution Slider didn't install.

Also, there is a background image appearing behind the "BEMARKETING" headings.

I recently purchased BeTheme and installed it on a fresh WordPress site, but I am unable to import a pre-built website.

The issue:

I am trying to import the Beauty 6 Website Template. The importer starts normally, but it has been stuck on the "importing content" step for over an hour with no progress and no visible error message.

What I have already done:

- Installed and activated the latest version of BeTheme on a clean WordPress installation

- Installed all plugins recommended/required by the theme before starting the import

- Selected BeBuilder as the page builder during the setup wizard

- Performed a full WordPress reset and repeated the whole process several times, always with the same result

PROBLEM: My problem is when a website that I've built using BeTheme randomly drops the purchase code and pops up the Welcome to Betheme messaging. I've had this happen several times with different websites I've built. I don't know why it happens but I've just used a workaround to solve the problem.

WORKAROUND: In the past I would go to the /licenses/ page and deregister the correct URL's theme and then just re-add the purchase code to the website again and everything works fine.

ISSUE NOW: I see you've added a step now where I can't just deregister any URL's theme without removing the BeTheme files. I have no idea how to fix this problem as I can't remove the files to a live website. But I also can't have a live website without the theme's purchase code.

ERROR: When I try to add the correct purchase code to https://winnieindustries.com/ I get the error: User has blocked requests through HTTP to the URL: https://api.muffingroup.com/register.php.

What do I do now?

We're seeing significant load times on our site (https://www.bankenberatungszentrum.ch) — 3.5 to 15+ seconds per page, including plain wp-admin pages. Database time itself is low (under 1 second); the delay is in PHP execution. A single page load can generate ~8,000 database queries, ~98% of which Query Monitor flags as exact duplicates.

Using Query Monitor's "Duplicate Queries" view (with third-party plugins disabled via troubleshooting mode, to rule out plugin conflicts), we traced two theme-specific causes:

1. Header menu built twice, uncached between renders

update_meta_cache() for the same set of menu-item post IDs runs 4 times per page load (0.82s total), attributed to sc_header_menu() and sc_header_burger(). It looks like desktop and mobile menu rendering each independently re-fetch the full menu meta instead of sharing one cached result.

2. Attachment/thumbnail meta fetched one image at a time

Each course-grid thumbnail triggers multiple separate queries (WP_Post::get_instance(), update_meta_cache() via mfn_get_attachment_data(), has_post_thumbnail(), get_post_thumbnail_id()) instead of a single batched update_meta_cache() call for all attachment IDs before the loop — with 30+ images this multiplies into hundreds of small queries.

Questions:

• Is this a known issue, and is there a fix/updated version that batches menu and attachment meta lookups?
• Any setting to make BeTheme prime the meta cache for a full post/attachment batch upfront rather than per item?

a website has been closed, company closed, domain expired. I migrated the website to my own server to show the website as portfolio work leaving envato betheme licence active for this old work.

It worked fine for 2-3 years. Today I tried to update to latest betheme, but betheme told me to dergister on old website. But this website does no more exist do I cannot access and to this. How to remove licence from a old website to use it again on the copy on my server?

How do I get it to load up?

I tried to install the pre-build website hotel 6, I selected B Builder and Complete Website and no pages or content was loaded. I then choose Selected date only and installed both the options there and it then loaded the pages and content, but the layout is all out and lots of photos missing.

My question is regarding the new license structure. If I buy a 3+1 annual license for my first 4 sites, when I need my 5th license can I upgrade my 3+1 license to a 25 license or do I need to add another?

Equally, if I have a 3+1 license then add another 3 or 3+1 license when it's needed, will i be able to roll both of those licenses into a 25 site license when I need more sites?

I figured I needed my own license, so I purchased a license and tried updating the theme. When I click the blue DeRegister button. Nothing happens. I don't know what to do next. I can't update the theme, I can't deregister the theme that was registered by the developer several years ago. And when I tried verifying my license inside this forum a few minutes ago, I got a message saying it was older than the license I've already registered (or something like that). I just bought this license about an hour ago. How can it be older?

We purchased five themes through Envato Market and, during the installation process, when activating BeTheme, a fatal error occurs:
