What elements does it consist of? Is it a megamenu with multiple megamenus?

I'm trying to replicate it here in 'CATLOGO PRODOTTI' https://demo8.esoul.it/categoria-prodotto/a-marchio-ferraiuolo/ but I can't get the products to appear on the right by creating a megamenu for each category.

Where am I going wrong?

I imported Marketing pre-built website but no menus, megamenus and headers were imported...

How can I import those templates and menus?

Also page are missing even if I selected full data import.

As you see in this video from our website, because we've made the background orange through the whole site, we need the black background behind the menu to remain there as you scroll down. We don't want to change the menu font color. Note that "Sticky header" in the Theme Options is already enabled.

I am writing to request guidance on how to customize the off-canvas sidebar when using a pre-built website. Specifically, I am building my site based on the Portfolio 3 demo

(https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/portfolio3/).

This demo uses a burger menu icon in the top left to trigger the sidebar. I would like to modify elements within this sidebar, such as the font size and colors.

Here is what I have tried so far:

1. I searched through the Betheme options in the WordPress dashboard to find a dedicated menu for editing the off-canvas sidebar, but I couldn't find the relevant settings.
2. I tried creating a Sidebar Menu template via the Templates menu. However, I couldn't figure out how to apply it as an off-canvas sidebar without a header, just like in the Portfolio 3 demo.

I apologize for the long message, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could guide me on how to achieve this.

The close button is enabled and visible in the "Mobile Side" template inside the builder, but it does not appear in the final mobile slider on the front end. Why is the close button not being rendered even though it is activated in the template settings?

In the Menu Settings, I have set:

• Icon visibility: Show
• Submenu: Hide

However, in the mobile menu:

• The icons are not visible.
• I cannot open the submenus.
• The icons are not clickable.

If “Icon visibility” is set to Show, shouldn’t the icons be displayed?

And if “Submenu” is set to Hide, does this mean the submenu is completely disabled, or just hidden by default but still expandable?

How can I obtain the last result?

I tried to create a menu similar to the one in this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXBgzjDgwuM&t=285s

The only difference is that I first click on the hamburger icon in the header template and then an overlay menu (sidebar template) opens, where I then find menu items that should be linked to the Mega Menu. 

Although I have assigned the Mega Menus to two navigation points under Design > Menus, no mouseover of the entered Mega Menu appears. Nothing happens when I click on it either.

What could I have done wrong? Can I send you access to the WordPress dashboard?

Is there an easier solution in BeTheme if you want to build an overlay menu with two columns, where the left column is the main menu and the right column displays the submenu belonging to the main menu item when you hover and click?

I am experiencing an issue while working on a Mobile Side

Menu template.

When I try to save changes to the sidebar menu template for mobile, I am redirected to the BeTheme loading screen and I can no longer access or edit the template. Even after closing the page and logging in again, the builder remains stuck on the loading screen (please see attached video).

I also tried creating a brand-new template from scratch (named “Mobile Sidebar Menu”). I was initially able to create and edit it, but after a few saves the same issue occurred again, and it became stuck on the loading screen.

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this and how to resolve it?

I'm trying to set up a subcategory display for a given main category via Megamenu and Tebber, but the data doesn't respect my settings for the selected subcategory. For each main category, I select a subcategory source, but everything follows the first subcategory set instead of this setting.

Example of settings:

Main category - A

Subcategories A1 and A2

Main category - B

Subcategories B1 and B2

Result on the e-shop:

Main category - A

My current theme does not include a suitable mega menu layout for the header. At the moment, I have imported the Detailing Shop demo as my active layout.

I would like to know if it is possible to import a mega menu into the header area. I really like the structure and layout of the Furniture Store and Furniture Store 2 demos, and my goal would be to adapt and customize one of those mega menu designs for my site.

However, I couldn’t find any option to import or assign those mega menu layouts separately. Could you please advise where or how this can be done, or whether it’s supported at all?

My website focuses on stage lighting equipment, and I would like to organize the lights in a clear, category-based mega menu similar to the Furniture Store demos.

Some of the items in the hamburger menu do not open consistently. The issue occurs with the menu items “Software and Solutions,” “Company,” and “Resources.” For example, when I click “Company,” the submenu items often do not appear. This happens most of the time, but not always.

I have created this Veritcal MegaMenu Full Width, however, users have to hover above or below the menu itself for the menu to close, if they hover to the right of the page, the menu still shows. I would like this to autoclose when not hovering on the menu itself. Any Ideas?

I’m using BeTheme with the Header Builder (sidebar mobile menu) and I’m having an issue with anchor links on mobile.

In the mobile hamburger / sidebar menu, when I click a menu item that points to an anchor (for example #solutions, using data-hash), the page scrolls correctly to the section, but the mobile menu stays open instead of closing.

This only happens with anchor links. Normal page links work fine and close the menu as expected.

Could you please advise:

• if there is a recommended / built-in way to close the mobile menu after clicking an anchor link?
• or if there is a JS hook, filter, or option in BeTheme to handle this properly?
