we are currently experiencing an issue with the mobile responsive view of our website:

The mobile view had already been visible and working before, but since a few days it is no longer displayed correctly. The issue occurs on mobile devices / in responsive view.

I have attached screenshots showing the current problem. Can't see header and content.

Could you please check what might be causing this and help us restore the correct mobile display?

When i define the animation color (underline) here then color gets applied in the full size menu -> works.

But when the default mobile menu appears, I want to set another color to the animation. Do I have to add custom css?

When I try to edit it by clicking "edit with BeBuilder" below the screen is loading forever I think you said before this is because each language is in a different domain on the website.

If I click the wheel icon (see image below) then the screen that opens doesn't have as option to edit the menu (see image below)

How can I make the menu items in the screenshot to be on the same line?

The images and the text at the top of the following portfolio items disappear when I change the language from English to a different language. How can I fix that? I am referring to the section visible in the screenshot I attached. I have translated some of the portfolio items but the problem persists (see the second screenshot).

My client currently has a website that looks like this:

He would like to have a BeTheme-based site with the exact same structure—specifically, the classic layout style reminiscent of older HTML sites, featuring the main menu positioned on the left.

Essentially, the client wants his website to be replicated in this exact manner.

For the left-aligned menu, I utilized the "Creative Open" layout, which produces a result similar to this: https://www.pixelway.de/projekt-klein/

The issue with this display is that it is not possible to indent the menu further toward the center—meaning I cannot set the main content area to a specific width, such as 1300px.

Do you have any ideas or suggestions?

I've created a sample website and wanted to import an old backup from another project. I should mention that the old backup was created using PHP 7. The project keeps crashing.

The backup is also about three years old.

What elements does it consist of? Is it a megamenu with multiple megamenus?

I have a megamenu with a submenu.

The submenu opens vertical and not horizontal.

I can't find the problem or the setting that is causing this.

I use the same settings on a different site and there it works fine.

As you see in this video from our website, because we've made the background orange through the whole site, we need the black background behind the menu to remain there as you scroll down. We don't want to change the menu font color. Note that "Sticky header" in the Theme Options is already enabled.
