I recently changed the theme on my website using BeTheme. I’m experiencing an issue with images in the portfolio and shop grids not displaying at the same height. I followed the documentation by enabling “equal heights” and regenerating thumbnails. I also tried the “Force Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin, but the issue persists.

As a temporary workaround, I applied custom CSS. However, some images now show a black column on hover.

Could you please help me solve this issue?

I installed the woocommerce template wine 2.

After that I customised all what I need and then got the shock to discover that the "catalogue" is not a product list, and the "product pages" are portfolio pages so that makes the whole template complete useless.

Is there a way to use it as a shop with the very nice pages catalogue and portfolio? if not you shoudn't list the prebuit website wine 2 as woocommerce!

The Query-Loop works fine.

Now I would like to use the new Ajax-Filter to filter the Team-Members.

But for some reason I can´t get the Filter to connect with my Portfolio – see screenshots attached.

How can I achieve that?

I thought maybe because i have used the Snippet code tool to add different categories for my portfolio post type, however, i added in the portfolio category TEST to the standard portfolio taxonomy and this still does not filter

Is it possible to have 2 items on a row in the portfolio archive on mobile instead of 1? So, 2 images next to eachother.

Our filter for portfolio categories doesn't work. For example, if you filter by "soprano," you'll see a series of pages 1-2-3 below. Clicking on "page 2" will remove the filter and return you to the full page with all the vocalists. Can you help with this?

1. main menu in vertical (using menu element - this is ok)
2. portfolio list as menu in vertical (same style as menu element). I can do it manually…this is not dynamic or I can use the portolfio (grid) element… but there are no options to remove all other elements (1 column, no images, no buttons etc.)

I need to edit the portfolio category pages, but currently I can’t modify them from the backend. The problem is with the category page layout, which doesn’t display correctly and needs to be adjusted.

In addition, I would like to use each portfolio category page as a submenu item under “Portfolio” in the main navigation menu — but to do that, I need each category page to be editable or customizable (for example with Elementor or BeBuilder).

Could you please let me know how I can edit these category pages, or if there’s a way to create custom pages for each category and link them to the existing portfolio categories?

I have configured the Slug field in the Portfolio plugin (under Settings) to be ‘portfolio‘. When I click on an individual Portfolio Item, the slug for the item resolves to: /blog/portfolio/[portfolio-item]

I do not want to include ‘/blog/’ in my portfolio items URL, how do I remove this?

From searching around it appears modifying the functions.php of my child theme is needed, but I cannot figure out the code that will work. I've tried using "Muffin" specific variants of the code posted in these threads without any luck:

We've updated the portfolio slug to "feature" in the theme settings, as shown in Screenshot 1, to use the portfolio items as a feature on the website.

However, the breadcrumb on the feature page still displays the old slug, showing "Home » Portfolio item » Curriculum Map" instead of the desired "Home » Feature » Curriculum Map."

We need to resolve this so the breadcrumb accurately reflects the new slug.

I have categorized portfolio items and the first 3 products shows correct related to the category.

However, when I press load more, it shows products from only one category, not related to the category that is selected.

It's meat a production companies website and there are 4 categories - fresh meat, smoked meat, sausages and grill products.

So for example when I press show more for smoked meat, it shows fresh meat products. When I press show more for grill products again it shows fresh meat products.

Also if I choose 4,5,6 columns it still shows products in only 3 columns.

I’m building a website with BeTheme and would like to create an image gallery with filtering by category or tag, similar to how the Portfolio element works.

The Portfolio feature is great, but since I’m working with a large number of images, it’s not very practical to create a separate Portfolio item for each one.

Is there a recommended alternative way to create a filterable gallery, ideally using the Gallery element or another method that works well with BeTheme?

 If not, is there a plugin you recommend that integrates nicely with BeTheme and supports front-end filtering?

I'm contacting you because I'm experiencing an issue with the mobile version of my client's website. You have to double-tap on a project in the gallery to access its page. One tap activates the hover, and a second tap opens the page. A single tap isn't enough, which significantly limits the user experience. Hovering is perfect on desktop, but is problematic on mobile.

I have had to urgently change many parts so that they look as they were. I have had problems with videos and also spacing. The videos are looking like this (vimeo links and also embedded mp4).

I managed to make it work by adding "100%" in the width section of the element, like this:

Please let me know if this will work or if you recommend another solution.

Now the other change that I noticed that I haven't been able to resolve is regarding spacing and the background. I am using a background in some of the pages. There are some where it is working and looking good, but others with the same exact values that are not looking good. Here is an example of a page that is working:

Changing the value in the top margin from -110 to -200 or even -300 does nothing. Here are the screenshots of the values here:

I have used the template for some time now. There is a video that I placed in the homepage with a lightbox (animation reel)

For some reason on some pages when I refresh the page the sound from that video can be heard, but there is no video on that other pages. It has happened in the work section and lately every time I refreshed a preview from a contact form I am working on.

Could you help me take a look? This might affect performance and experience (since it cannot be muted, people will just close the website).

I wanted to have to equal spacing between the images in my portfolio.

The padding only worked for the left and right padding. The top and bottom affected the spacing at the top and bottom of the entire image collection and not the top and bottom of each image within the collection.

The top and bottom of each image are too close together (as indicated by the red arrow)

1) All

2) Visual Development

3) Colour & Light Design

The order after that does not matter.
