I am trying to install the pre-built website named Rally. I am not able to install it because it gives me an error when it gets to the Slider installation portion. I am attaching a screenshot showing the error and a partial list of the errors in the JS console. I have already contacted my hosting provider and they have increased the php version and php limits. I have also tried several different pre-built websites that include Rev Slider and they all fail. However, if I choose not to include the Rev Slider content and installation then the pre-built website installs just fine.

Can you look into this and let me know if there is something I can do to get the pre-built website to load properly?

By the way, I was able to install this same pre-built website a year or so ago without any issues on the same hosting server for the same client. We are just trying to complete a second website that will be closely related to the original site so we are using the same pre-built website.

I'm trying to finish the theme installation and on the step "Slider" I've got the message "An error occurred while processing, please check XHR in the JS console for more informations." The installation stacks on 88%, but the theme has installed (first photo without slider on front-end)

There is Revolution Slider in plugins also, but the City Hall slider template is missing. Where i can find this slider template? (second photo - the slider City Hall is empty)

We're having a problem with a website using betheme - Slider Revolution.

At the top of the page, we've set the slider to overlay an image onto text and keep it permanently in place. Everything works fine on a PC. On a mobile phone, the slider appears, but when I scroll down and back up, the text disappears. I've been searching for a solution for three days now and am completely baffled.

If any of you have a tip on how to configure it so that the text stays over the image, even after scrolling down and back up, I would be very grateful.

How to get the error:

Scroll down so the slider disappears from the image, then scroll back up – the text will disappear. (see screenshot)

1) I am trying to add a slider for my woocommerce shop page, including all the category pages in the shop. I wanted the slider to be placed above the " All Products " "Fruits" "Candy" etc label(s)) When I attempted to implement it I lose my filter, and the page partition. I want the sliders from the home page and product pages to be separate from each other.

2) When viewing the product page in the mobile view. I can't figure out how to lower the category filter about an inch. I've been trying to adjust the padding and different offsets, but can't seem to find what I need.

I have inserted a section, then a wrap, then a 'slider plugin' element. For some reason the width is one pixel too short, so at the right side of the page you can see a small white line, especially you can see it on mobile. I have set the element properties to margin 0; and I made sure there is no padding.

I have tried to set the background of the element to red so you can see it a little better, look:

It's hard to see, but I can see it and it's driving me nuts LOL

It seems to be the background color of the section, not the wrap and not the 'slider plugin' element inside the wrap. Or maybe it's because Slider Revolution is making the width just not wide enough?

I tried everything, both in Slider Revolution directly, and also in BeBuilder. But at the right side it stays one pixel (or maybe even a subpixel?) too small.

im having and issue with my sliders not displaying, i turned off all plugins and the issue is still happening.

I have tryed removing the plugin manually and reinstaling but get the same issue. it wont let me install it from be theme plugins, i believe this is somthing to do with the issue. the activate box is grayed out

I installed BeTheme with the Creative 4 demo (https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/creative4/). When I tried to replace the rolling logo, the “soft loop” animation disappeared and an annoying reload effect started happening.

Could you please check why this is happening?

I don’t understand what is happening.

The slider on the homepage seems to work fine initially, but if I so much as open the module in Slider Revolution (making no changes, not even saving it)... it will no longer load. The homepage just maintains a loading animation and never shows anything else.

This says to switch the rendering engine to SR6:

That allows it to work...

But I'd like to use SR7.

What is the issue with this pre-built website and what do I need to do to have it work with SR7?

I would like to know if it would be possible to add the action to open a pop-up in Slider Revolution. In other words, when clicking on the “read more” button, the pop-up would open. In this example, I want the user, instead of going to the services page (as it is now), to open the pop-up determined for each topic. Is this possible?

I don't know what's causing this. I've just started working on my client's website and it's doing exactly the same thing.

Slider Revolution doesn't update my changes.

The only plugins that i have installed are Duplicator and Maintenance. I uninstalled them, but the problem with slider revolution persists.

I have installed WP Fastest Cache, but it didn't help me.

I am also using the latest version of WordPress, and I have tested with other sliders as well, but the same issue persists on my site. I have also tried resetting my hosting and reinstalling the theme several times, but the issue remains.

Finally, I exported a similar slider from the homepage of homaalum.com (where it works correctly) and imported it into my new site, but the problem still remains.

I want to edit the header of this template and not sure how to. There is NO header template made under BeTheme so:

1.  Where do I control the content of the header? I can edit the menu links. If there's no side bar template, what is telling the page to use the menu with a SR overlay?
2. How do I change the background color behind the SR template? I think it part of the menu??
3. I'm using Elementor Pro, but BeTheme must be controlling the header as the is no reference in Elementor.

FYI - If using this template, the sections need to be converted to containers.

I have a page in which I want to have only the Slider from Slider revolution, without the subheader (I use a subheader template from the Fisher demo website).

I tried to get rid of the subheader by hiding it from edit page and by using a custom css Betheme > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

Can't get rid of it. How can I have a page without the subheader?
