When I update the theme to the latest version, an issue occurs that seems to be related to Slider Revolution. The website layout and functionality become affected and also it is no longer possible to enter any information into the contact form fields.

I restored the previous version of the theme, and everything works correctly again.

Should I simply wait before updating the theme again, or is there a recommended fix for this issue?

Dropping a slider into a different page seems to work fine.

The PHP Time Limit is set to 120 although it seems that although its not ideal it ok!

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I have another question regarding the Revolution Slider on the homepage of https://theplace-digma.com/

At the moment, the Revolution Slider takes up 100% of the viewport height when someone enters the website.

I would like to change this so that the slider is approximately 70% of the viewport height (around 70vh) instead of full-screen.

The reason is UX-related: I want visitors to immediately see that there is more content below the hero section. On the other pages of the website, I have already set the video headers to around 70% of the screen height for the same reason — so the next section is partially suggested/visible and encourages users to scroll.

So ideally I would like the Revolution Slider on the homepage to:

• Keep its current width and overall design.
• Remain responsive on desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Have a height of approximately 70% of the viewport height rather than 100%.
• Not be full-screen.
• Allow the following section/content to start below it, so users can visually understand that the page continues.

Could you please explain how I can configure the Revolution Slider to achieve this?

Is there a specific slider height, responsive height, min-height, or CSS setting that I should change?

If the theme has a recommended way of doing this without breaking the responsive behavior of the Revolution Slider, please let me know the correct settings or steps.

After the latest update from version 28.3 to version 28.5.7 there are now Slider Revolution errors on multiple pages.

The errors are on pages, where there aren't actually any sliders installed.

And the errors appear, even before I update Slider Revolution to version 6.7.58

Theme: BeTheme Affected module: homepage hero slider (first slide) What we already checked (none of these fixed it): - Disabled "Force viewport loading" (was On, -200px distance) - Changed "SR7 Data Load Method" from Smart Loading to Preloading - No related JS errors in browser console - Happens even in the slide's own Preview screen, so it's isolated to the module/slide itself, not a caching or page-builder wrapper issue It looks like the background layer has a "from right" style entrance transition, and the black screen appears during the time before that transition starts playing. I am getting the above error on my home page slider. I have tried all of the troubleshooting tips given by Revolution Slider. In addition, I have cleared all of the caches I can find, both in my browser and in Revolution Slider. I have deactivated all plugins and changed themes and the error remains.

This site has been working for several years and as far as I can determine, this error just started occurring after the latest update to BeTheme and to WordPress 7.0. I'm not sure which update might have caused the problem as WordPress updated automatically.

Can you help me figure out what is going on? I have several other sites that all use Revolution Slider and have updated to WordPress 7.0 and the latest version of BeTheme without any issues.

I recently changed the width dimension from 1240 to 1440 to see if that would help however it still came up with the same problem and it actually ate some of the white space under the hero section and into the logo section. I want them dimensions to be 1240 by 620.

Currently I have dimension for desktop as 1240 by 620 on Slider revolution panel which is the dimension I want to have it as. (However, Live site has 1440 width dimension since I have not updated it).

We deactivated all plugins, no change.

We created a new page with a new slider with only 1 picture in the background, and it is also not showing:

I changed nothing, it's a clean complete instal of Extreme 2 prebuilt theme. I see that your demo page is not doing this.

I tried to ask ChatGPT and it says that it looks like it is trying to go to next slide or even slider and here is the problematic code:

I am trying to install the pre-built website named Rally. I am not able to install it because it gives me an error when it gets to the Slider installation portion. I am attaching a screenshot showing the error and a partial list of the errors in the JS console. I have already contacted my hosting provider and they have increased the php version and php limits. I have also tried several different pre-built websites that include Rev Slider and they all fail. However, if I choose not to include the Rev Slider content and installation then the pre-built website installs just fine.

Can you look into this and let me know if there is something I can do to get the pre-built website to load properly?

By the way, I was able to install this same pre-built website a year or so ago without any issues on the same hosting server for the same client. We are just trying to complete a second website that will be closely related to the original site so we are using the same pre-built website.

I'm trying to finish the theme installation and on the step "Slider" I've got the message "An error occurred while processing, please check XHR in the JS console for more informations." The installation stacks on 88%, but the theme has installed (first photo without slider on front-end)

There is Revolution Slider in plugins also, but the City Hall slider template is missing. Where i can find this slider template? (second photo - the slider City Hall is empty)

We're having a problem with a website using betheme - Slider Revolution.

At the top of the page, we've set the slider to overlay an image onto text and keep it permanently in place. Everything works fine on a PC. On a mobile phone, the slider appears, but when I scroll down and back up, the text disappears. I've been searching for a solution for three days now and am completely baffled.

If any of you have a tip on how to configure it so that the text stays over the image, even after scrolling down and back up, I would be very grateful.

1) I am trying to add a slider for my woocommerce shop page, including all the category pages in the shop. I wanted the slider to be placed above the " All Products " "Fruits" "Candy" etc label(s)) When I attempted to implement it I lose my filter, and the page partition. I want the sliders from the home page and product pages to be separate from each other.

2) When viewing the product page in the mobile view. I can't figure out how to lower the category filter about an inch. I've been trying to adjust the padding and different offsets, but can't seem to find what I need.

I have inserted a section, then a wrap, then a 'slider plugin' element. For some reason the width is one pixel too short, so at the right side of the page you can see a small white line, especially you can see it on mobile. I have set the element properties to margin 0; and I made sure there is no padding.

I have tried to set the background of the element to red so you can see it a little better, look:

It's hard to see, but I can see it and it's driving me nuts LOL

It seems to be the background color of the section, not the wrap and not the 'slider plugin' element inside the wrap. Or maybe it's because Slider Revolution is making the width just not wide enough?

I tried everything, both in Slider Revolution directly, and also in BeBuilder. But at the right side it stays one pixel (or maybe even a subpixel?) too small.
