I imported the Clothing3 template https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/clothing3/ and everything looks good overall, but some sections of the layout are not displaying correctly. I tried resetting WordPress and reinstalling the template, but the issue persists.

Specifically, the testimonials, partners, and newsletter sections are not aligned as in the demo. How can I fix this to match the original layout?

4. Delete the plugin
5. Import a prebuilt website from Betheme
6. Didn't work either

I have a wordpress site with betheme template. today, suddenly Theme Options save button stopped working. I've tried deactivating plugins, updating theme, clearing cache, and nothing works. Bluehost support team tells me the problem is a the Theme side. I Appreciate a prompt response since I'm stucked.

I checked system requirements and they are ok.

I want menu on right and a phone icon and email icon on left. Menu is showing but no icons are.

I'm using the default header not header builder.

i have installed the becustom plugin and I have already made and saved changes, but when I try to edit the becustom settings again, I am redirected to the 404 page.

I have already saved permalinks again, uninstalled and reinstalled plugin but nothing works.

I keep running into the same issue with BeBuilder: a page I’ve just created suddenly can’t be opened for editing anymore. When I click “Edit with BeBuilder”, it only shows “Landing Page Content” and the actual page content is no longer accessible in the builder.

This happens very often, and honestly I’m getting tired of having to contact support every single time. I’ve purchased multiple templates/licenses from you (I currently have 7 licenses), and the issue still keeps occurring.

My questions:

1. Why does this happen (possible root causes)?
2. Is there a step-by-step workaround so I can fix it myself whenever it happens?
