I am experiencing an issue with the BeTheme demo importer on a fresh WordPress installation hosted on your platform.

Problem:

When I try to import any BeTheme pre-built website, the importer starts loading but never completes. It remains stuck indefinitely without displaying any error message.

What I have already checked:

• WordPress is a fresh installation.
• BeTheme license is activated.
• AJAX is working correctly (/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php returns "0").
• PHP version was changed from 8.4 to 8.3 for testing.
• PHP Memory Limit: 512 MB
• PHP Time Limit: 600 seconds
• PHP Max Input Vars: 5000
• Upload Max Filesize: 128 MB
• cURL is available.
• Imagick is available.
• No significant additional plugins are installed that could cause conflicts.
• BeTheme System Status shows all required settings as OK.

Server Information:

• Web Server: Apache
• PHP Version: 8.3 (also tested with 8.4)
• PHP Memory Limit: 512 MB
• PHP Time Limit: 600
• PHP Max Input Vars: 5000

One thing I noticed in Site Health is that OPcache appears to be full:

• Opcode cache memory usage: 128 MB of 128 MB
• Is the Opcode cache full? Yes

Could you please check the server logs and verify whether any ModSecurity, WAF, firewall, PHP, or server-side restrictions are blocking or interrupting the BeTheme demo import process?

If possible, please review the error logs for this domain during the import attempt and let me know if any errors are being generated.

For some reason the About Us page is formatted differently than every other page on the site but they have the same structures. Please help me with formatting on the About Us page being the same/consistent with the Services, Regenesis Insights & Contact pages. Please see screenshot for further explanation.

I have changed all of the colors necessary to change the menu background on mobile and even tried css code. The background color still will not change. I need to change from the color it is in the screenshot to #333333, please advise.

under Theme Options, Accessibility its not possible to enable Keyboard Support etc. If i enable it and save changes i get no error but it doest change to enable.

I got the problem on more of my sites... is there any known problem so i can fix it or do you need a login?

I used PreBuildSite "Mechanic7" to build my website. I’m actually done with it. However, in the mobile version, a phone number appears below the menu (the area highlighted in red in my photo), and I don’t want it there. But I can’t find an option to remove it. Please help me. 

I have a lot of categories in my website, some for posts in blog, other for documents and legal stuff.

In theme options I selected "Exclude category" - excluded the categories I want to not show in blog or anywhere I have the blog posts with articles. They are not excluded from anywhere.

I selected "Related posts" to be 0 so It doesn't show related posts anywhere. That's why because my documents categories are shown as well. It doesn't matter, the related posts are still there.

Please help me! :)

I animated the boxes. I gave the second box a 1-second delay, and the third a 2-second delay.

I'd like the delays for the boxes in the following wraps to only start when the visitor scrolls to that point on the page.

I'm using BeTheme with BeBuilder, WooCommerce, and WPML. I have a questions:

Problem: Theme options not applying for secondary languages

My site looks correct in the default language (Polish), but when I switch to English (or any other language), the theme settings are completely missing — the logo is replaced by the default BeTheme placeholder, and none of my Theme Options (colors, header layout, footer, etc.) are applied. Is there a recommended way to sync or copy Theme Options across WPML languages, or do I need to configure them manually for each language?

Like i want to create Contact Box with filled informations, on a private page. This page works as adress book / contact book.

So its a contact box with informations:

and i would like to save this and with a code or shortcorde i can get the same box, with same informationen on a other site.

If i change on the main site the informations, it get updated on all other pages.

Is there any way to get that running with betheme?

However, with the blog template, nothing happens, no matter whether I use “Archive” or “Single Post” — what exactly is the difference between these two?

As an example, I created a template for the category “Events”.

When I create a new post, I cannot select the Betheme templates under “Templates”. Also, when I assign the category, I only get an empty Betheme page.

Unfortunately, the video does not explain this very clearly, and I could not find anything about it in the documentation either.

Is it possible to use templates to create a default layout for all new posts? If yes, how exactly does that work?

I seem to have an extra theme in my backend, and I want to delete it because it's taking up resources. However, I'm hesitant to delete it for fear of affecting the normal operation of my website. Is there any way to remove it safely without causing any issues?

Where did they go?

Normally, in cookie banners there is a section to select and enter what cookies are existing from plugins and etc... here it just has a generic text... but do we type in in text the excisting cookies? I just see how to set it up on your demo decsriptions, but I cannot understand if this actually does the job? :)

My website logo is misaligned across different browsers; it can't be consistently sized. On some browsers, the logo appears very small. What should I adjust? I previously adjusted the theme options /Global/advanced, but I can't see the correct changes!

My current website score is very low.

I"m trying to add favicon, logo, etc, but Save on BeTheme Options Global give me a blank page. Back shows the edits didn't work.

I can't seem to change my header image, nor delete it. It can be deleted and changed in the backend under Theme Options, but the image is still present on the frontend. I did refresh the page, and purged my cache. What am i missing?

For some reason, the arrows in Slider Revolution are not displaying. I re-uploaded them in SVG format, but they still don’t appear.

What could I be doing wrong?

I have questions regarding the fake sale notifications:

1. Is it possible to display real recent purchases instead of fake ones, including actual customer names?
2. If it’s not possible to show real products and customers, is it possible to control which products are displayed? What I mean is: I could manually add customer names in the “Clients fake names” field, but I would like the “Random products limit” section to use real products.In other words, the notification would show real customer names together with the actual products they purchased. How can I configure the “random products” field to use specific product IDs instead?
3. I added translations using Loco Translate, but the notification still appears in English. How can I translate it properly?
