1) What is the correct way to translate theme elements that are not available in String Translation and are also not detected by the WPML Translation Editor? For example, this applies to the placeholders, header elements and shop filter titles marked in the attached screenshot. Do I need to change these texts separately for each language in the theme settings?

2) Sometimes the CSS styles are not copied correctly to one of the language versions. Updating both the original page and its translation does not restore the missing styles. What is the recommended way to fix this situation?

I am trying to change the colours of the GDPR 2.0 popup, but none of the colours inside GDPR 2.0 -> Design are being saved. After clicking "Save changes", the page reloads and shows the old colours. Refreshing the website itself doesn't show the new colours either.

Can this be fixed in the next / after next release?

In Theme Options -> Templates, the checkboxes to (de)select all templates and the individual checkboxes do not work (they cannot be checked).

I personally don't find it annoying and doesn't cause major issues, but it's a small bug I noticed.

The problem is that using this effect in the footer doesn't work for the columns.

Here are two tests: in this one, https://eventstrategy.catering/test-come-funziona/, I have the footer effect enabled, but the columns don't slide.

I’m building a store based on the Default Store 2 demo. Unfortunately, we have deleted or modified some of the original templates:

• Bethemestore2-product-template
• Bethemestore2-shop-template
• bethemestore2-header-template

I would like to use these templates again.

Is there any way to access or restore only these specific templates without importing the entire Default Store 2 demo again?

I also have a second license, so I tried installing the demo on another test website and exporting the templates from there, but the export field appears to be empty.

Is there a simple way to do this?

Alternatively, could you please provide exported BeBuilder JSON files for these three templates, ready to import or paste?

Where should I be looking for the rogue Footer?

I am using BeTheme’s built-in GDPR 2.0 / Google Consent Mode popup together with Google Tag Manager.

The theme appears to handle the Google consent update itself, which is good. From the theme script, I can see that when saved consent exists, BeTheme reads the mfnConsent cookie and calls:

gtag('consent', 'update', consents);

When the visitor accepts all, selects specific categories or denies consent, BeTheme also updates consent through:

gtag('consent', 'update', consents);

then saves the mfnConsent cookie and closes the popup.

However, as far as I can tell, BeTheme does not currently push a GTM-compatible dataLayer event when consent is updated. It does trigger a jQuery event after the popup closes:

$(document).trigger('mfn:gdpr2:close');

but Google Tag Manager cannot use that directly as a Custom Event trigger.

This creates a practical issue for GTM setups.

For example, if a Google Tag or GA4 page_view tag is blocked on the initial page load because analytics consent is denied, the tag does not automatically fire later when the visitor gives consent. On the next page reload, everything works because the mfnConsent cookie has been saved and BeTheme updates the consent state on page load.

The missing scenario is:

1. A visitor lands on the site for the first time.
2. Consent defaults to denied.
3. GTM evaluates the GA4 / Google tags and blocks them because consent has not yet been granted.
4. The visitor accepts analytics consent using the BeTheme popup.
5. BeTheme correctly updates Google consent, but GTM has no dataLayer event to trigger the relevant tags immediately.
6. The first page view is therefore missed unless the visitor reloads or visits another page.

This can be worked around with a custom script listening for BeTheme’s popup buttons or the mfn:gdpr2:close jQuery event, then pushing a dataLayer event manually. However, it would be cleaner and more reliable if BeTheme exposed this natively.

Would you consider adding a dataLayer.push() event inside the BeTheme consent update flow, ideally inside consent.set() immediately after:

gtag('consent', 'update', consents);

For example:

It would also make BeTheme’s Consent Mode integration much easier to use in a GTM setup, especially now that many Google tags are managed through GTM rather than being placed directly in the theme options.

I have enabled the Sticky Header option in BeTheme, but the menu/header does not stay sticky when scrolling.

In the header settings, Sticky Header is set to:

• Status: Enabled
• Width: Full width

The default header position is currently set to Absolute. Could this affect the sticky header functionality?

I would like to create a more interactive effect for the Team/Contact section on my website.

Is it possible in BeTheme to make the contact/team member cards animate when a visitor hovers over them? For example:

• Slight movement or floating effect
• Zoom in/out animation
• Card lifting with shadow effect
• Image movement (parallax-style)
• Smooth transition when hovering
• Optional social icons or additional information appearing on hover

I am looking for a modern and dynamic effect that makes the section feel more engaging and interactive.

Does any existing BeTheme demo/template already include similar hover animations or interactive team member cards? If so, could you point me to the most suitable demo or element that I could use as a reference?

I am experiencing an issue with the BeTheme demo importer on a fresh WordPress installation hosted on your platform.

When I try to import any BeTheme pre-built website, the importer starts loading but never completes. It remains stuck indefinitely without displaying any error message.

What I have already checked:

• WordPress is a fresh installation.
• BeTheme license is activated.
• AJAX is working correctly (/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php returns "0").
• PHP version was changed from 8.4 to 8.3 for testing.
• PHP Memory Limit: 512 MB
• PHP Time Limit: 600 seconds
• PHP Max Input Vars: 5000
• Upload Max Filesize: 128 MB
• cURL is available.
• Imagick is available.
• No significant additional plugins are installed that could cause conflicts.
• BeTheme System Status shows all required settings as OK.

Server Information:

• Web Server: Apache
• PHP Version: 8.3 (also tested with 8.4)
• PHP Memory Limit: 512 MB
• PHP Time Limit: 600
• PHP Max Input Vars: 5000

One thing I noticed in Site Health is that OPcache appears to be full:

• Opcode cache memory usage: 128 MB of 128 MB
• Is the Opcode cache full? Yes

Could you please check the server logs and verify whether any ModSecurity, WAF, firewall, PHP, or server-side restrictions are blocking or interrupting the BeTheme demo import process?

If possible, please review the error logs for this domain during the import attempt and let me know if any errors are being generated.

under Theme Options, Accessibility its not possible to enable Keyboard Support etc. If i enable it and save changes i get no error but it doest change to enable.

I used PreBuildSite "Mechanic7" to build my website. I’m actually done with it. However, in the mobile version, a phone number appears below the menu (the area highlighted in red in my photo), and I don’t want it there. But I can’t find an option to remove it. Please help me. 

I have a lot of categories in my website, some for posts in blog, other for documents and legal stuff.

In theme options I selected "Exclude category" - excluded the categories I want to not show in blog or anywhere I have the blog posts with articles. They are not excluded from anywhere.

I selected "Related posts" to be 0 so It doesn't show related posts anywhere. That's why because my documents categories are shown as well. It doesn't matter, the related posts are still there.

I animated the boxes. I gave the second box a 1-second delay, and the third a 2-second delay.

Problem: Theme options not applying for secondary languages

My site looks correct in the default language (Polish), but when I switch to English (or any other language), the theme settings are completely missing — the logo is replaced by the default BeTheme placeholder, and none of my Theme Options (colors, header layout, footer, etc.) are applied. Is there a recommended way to sync or copy Theme Options across WPML languages, or do I need to configure them manually for each language?

Like i want to create Contact Box with filled informations, on a private page. This page works as adress book / contact book.

So its a contact box with informations:

and i would like to save this and with a code or shortcorde i can get the same box, with same informationen on a other site.

If i change on the main site the informations, it get updated on all other pages.
