It looks like that my logo is flashing before it enter the contact page

I am facing a critical responsive issue on my website after updating to the latest version of Betheme. The entire layout is shifting horizontally on mobile devices, and I’ve isolated the cause: it seems to be related to the Wrap positioning settings which have changed between versions.

Context:

• Theme: Betheme (Updated from ex: 27.3.7] to [ ex: 27.4.4]).
• Environment: Issue reproduced on both Live and Staging sites.
• Plugins: Tested with all plugins disabled; the issue persists.

The Issue: I noticed that the Wrap configuration options (Positioning/Display) are not handled the same way in the new version. In the previous version, my Wraps were perfectly contained, but now, the "Positioning" settings seem to force a width or a displacement that breaks the mobile viewport.

Specifically, the Burger Menu seems to trigger a calculation error in the grid, causing the entire page to overflow horizontally (horizontal scroll).

What I've observed:

1. In the Muffin Builder, the Wrap settings for 'Position' or 'Display' differ between my old backup and the new update.
2. The mobile menu (burger) seems to inherit a fixed width or a wrong offset from these new Wrap properties.
3. Even with overflow-x: hidden on the body, the internal grid remains shifted.

Could you please explain what has changed in the Wrap positioning logic in this latest update? Is there a specific setting I need to toggle to restore the previous behavior?

When I attempted to import the demo theme, the process required me to clear and reset my database—something I simply cannot afford to do.

Consequently, I skipped that step; however, I subsequently discovered that the only content imported to my site was a jumbled mess of incoherent data.

I am hoping to find a solution to this issue and would be immensely grateful for any assistance you can provide!

Furthermore, I was hoping to be able to utilize sections from other templates; however, BeBuilder only offers extremely generic elements. I’m starting to question what the point of owning BeTheme actually is.

I started my site using staging: wordpress.p706642.webspaceconfig.de but now its directing towards: https://www.stroex.media/.

I am unable to de-register theme from http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ on wordpress.p706642.webspaceconfig.de and re-register it at https://www.stroex.media/ as it shows the theme files are still being used, however I complelty removed the theme from staging now and changed the theme. Still the same error.

The homepage is missing the header, footer, and hero section. Only the lower sections are visible.

Additionally, the page “WHAT’S CRACKIN’” has no content at all, it only shows the background.

I have already checked both the BeBuilder settings and the theme options to ensure that the sections are not hidden. They are set as visible in the configuration, but they do not appear on the actual site.

I also ran the “Regenerate Thumbnails” process as recommended, and I have already tried installing the Hip Hop theme twice from scratch to see if it would resolve the issue.

I would like guidance on how to fix this issue or instructions to properly re-import the theme with all components included.

BETHEME REGISTRATION: Website is requesting licence again? Why is this happening please? This website had its own betheme licence bought a few years ago as we built the website, and now when I check my list of licences in license manager, this website is not showing there? I do not feel we should pay again for this licence (why is it missing???).

When I log into Envato I see 13 licenses in my downloads, but when I look at Muffin Group Licence Manager I see only 12 licenses. Please advise what has happend? Apparently this happened to another Betheme customer over the Easter weekend.

Out of the blue, the home page has gone out of whack (if I view it from a "logged-out" environment), but appears fine when I am logged in.

Edit: solved it via a CSS error, saving the page helped. Closed.

I thought 28.3.3 was supposed to fix this problem. I understand it's some kind of conflict because it happens on some sites and not others.

When will there be a fix? I have broken sites now. What's odd is I rolled a site back to 28.3.1 and even after clearing the cache, I still can't edit in BeTheme and I could before I tried the update and roll back.

Please let me know how to fix this.

Issues 01: While updating any page in beBuilder i encounter this error "Error 403: Please check your code, server configuration or contact your hosting provider"

Issue 02: Failed to load CSS files. "(index):28 GET https://rapidev.com/wp-includes/css/admin-bar.min.css?ver=6.9.4 net::ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden)"

Currently running v.27.6.1 - and BeTheme is currently surging our server with requests which then eventually overwhelms it.

The info from our hosting company:

"Here are the betheme files we're seeing being hit right before the returned surge of data from MySQL.

These two get called, and immediately after the Mysql query for SELECT post_id, meta_key, etc gets spawned:

"/mnt/efs/websites/mystate.com.au/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/includes/header-sliding-area.php"

"/mnt/efs/websites/mystate.com.au/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/includes/header-classic.php"

Shortly after while the mysql query is still returning data, these ones get hit as well. They don't look be related, but it might help isolate the function doing the calls, since it should be right before these two are called up.

"/mnt/efs/websites/mystate.com.au/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/includes/header-top-area.php"

"/mnt/efs/websites/mystate.com.au/public_html/wp-content/themes/betheme/includes/include-logo.php"

This was consistent in all the requests we can see leading up to the crashes, so would be an ideal point for BeTheme's support to look at first."

I am having an issue where I cannot edit pages on my website.

I can log in without any issues. But when I choose to use the page editor to edit a page, it won’t open the page. The loading spinner starts spinning and just continues to spin until it eventually times out and leaves a blank white page.

The BeBuilder seems to be working at this point, but regular page editing is not working.

I have been working with my hosting company and they say that it appears to be an issue with the theme. My theme is up-to-date, but they provided a screenshot of the functions.php file showing an error:

I was also receiving a 403 error when trying to use the BeBuilder to edit pages. It gave me the 403 error when I would try to update the page. My hosting company found that WordFence was blocking the update. They fixed that for me, but it may have been related to this issue.

Please let me know if you need any additional info or if there is anything I can do to be able to edit my pages again.

Whenever I save changes (e.g. products, product categories, menus), I get the success message “Saved…”, but the changes are not actually applied. After reloading or revisiting the page, everything is back to the previous state.

Scope of the issue:

• WooCommerce products
• Product categories
• Navigation menus
• General content edits

What I already tried:

• Cleared browser and site cache
• Tested different browsers
• Logged out and back in

No visible errors, just silent failure to persist data.

Has anyone experienced something similar or identified the root cause?

Would appreciate any pointers before I start deeper debugging.

How do I change the feedback message to be more prominent? Now it shows up as a small sentence below the submit button, you don't notice it and it's really bad UX. The best thing would be to have the message clearly showing instead of the form together with CTA buttons like "OK" or "Continue browsing the site"

I have submitted the URL of the website through Codecanyon DM.

We updated betheme to 28.3.1. and we were unable to upload images or update page contents in bebuilder or the original WordPress edit page - unless we rolled back to the previous theme version.

We managed to update betheme after reducing the php to 8.2 from 8.4 - but the bebuilder still has elements not functioning, namely the editing text changing the H1 to H2 etc
