Active filters element over the portfolio element

Filter form at the left side of the page with 2 items: 1 input item and 1 radio item to filter by category

The filtering is working only by pressing the submit button. When selecting the radio item (Categories) the page does not submit or filter automatically. The submit on change is a must since the user is getting confused as he/she expects the filter to occur immediately after checking the category.

I’m having an issue on multiple websites using BeTheme. The heading colors and link colors are not displaying correctly. In some cases, they appear transparent or almost invisible, which makes the text unreadable.

I already checked the Theme Options and color settings, but the issue is still happening across more than one BeTheme website.

Could you please advise what may be causing this issue and how to fix it safely? Is it related to a recent update, browser compatibility, or a CSS conflict?

Our site looks normal in the visual builder in the backend, but all the styling isn't being applied on the front end, and everything looks broken. It's only happening on this one particular inside page so far.

I have made sure my theme is up-to-date, and everything looks good in system status.

I wanted to make a new purchase for the theme (I had bought before and just found out the licences had expired), and I mistakenly renewed support for the same old purchased theme, which wasn't what I needed. I've gone ahead to make payment for the new theme and would like to ask for a refund for the mistakenly purchased 6-months support as I have no use for it.

I have a question I like the video in the pre-built website "shoes 2" on the top very much and would like to keep it on the website I am going tu build. Is this allowed and if not, where can I buy the licence for this video?

I'm trying to make changes to a page on my Wordpress website but nothing is updating, not even save a draft. No matter if I make several changes or 1, I get the spiral of death and it never actually updates or saves as a draft. I've taken a screenshot of the update icon stuck in the top right hand corner as well as my system status showing Max PHP VARS, which looks fine. My Wordpress and BeTheme are all up to date.

I purchased two templates and I’m trying to import them into my WordPress website using BeTheme. However, every time I attempt to install or import the template, I receive an error message saying that the link has expired, it happened to 2.

I am trying to create a website with bundles but i believe there is a bug with the official woocommerce product bundles plugin.

When i try to add a bundle to the cart, the website adds 2 to the cart..

But this only happens in the product page.. in the shop page or homepage it is correct.

I am facing a critical responsive issue on my website after updating to the latest version of Betheme. The entire layout is shifting horizontally on mobile devices, and I’ve isolated the cause: it seems to be related to the Wrap positioning settings which have changed between versions.

Context:

• Theme: Betheme (Updated from ex: 27.3.7] to [ ex: 27.4.4]).
• Environment: Issue reproduced on both Live and Staging sites.
• Plugins: Tested with all plugins disabled; the issue persists.

The Issue: I noticed that the Wrap configuration options (Positioning/Display) are not handled the same way in the new version. In the previous version, my Wraps were perfectly contained, but now, the "Positioning" settings seem to force a width or a displacement that breaks the mobile viewport.

Specifically, the Burger Menu seems to trigger a calculation error in the grid, causing the entire page to overflow horizontally (horizontal scroll).

What I've observed:

1. In the Muffin Builder, the Wrap settings for 'Position' or 'Display' differ between my old backup and the new update.
2. The mobile menu (burger) seems to inherit a fixed width or a wrong offset from these new Wrap properties.
3. Even with overflow-x: hidden on the body, the internal grid remains shifted.

Could you please explain what has changed in the Wrap positioning logic in this latest update? Is there a specific setting I need to toggle to restore the previous behavior?

I’m experiencing a global layout issue with Betheme.

Across the entire website, sections have large unexpected vertical empty spaces, even though:

• no padding, margin, or spacers are added
• no custom height or min-height is set in the builder
• the structure is simple and clean

This happens on all pages, not just a specific section.

The same setup works correctly on another Betheme site, so it seems related to theme settings or generated CSS.
