I’m having an issue with a new WordPress installation using Betheme.

I purchased and installed Betheme on a WordPress site hosted with Hostinger. I’m quite familiar with the theme, as I’ve used it on several previous projects, but on this installation some changes I make in the backend are either not being saved correctly or are not reflected on the frontend.

For example:

• I’m trying to change the size of an SVG logo specifically for the mobile version, but the change is not displayed.
• I’m also adding/editing content on the Home page, but after saving/updating the page, the changes do not appear on the live site.

The issue seems to affect different types of edits rather than one particular element.

I’ve tried refreshing the site and checking it in different browser sessions, but the problem persists.

Could you please help me identify what might be causing this? Could it be related to caching, server configuration, Betheme settings, or compatibility with the Hostinger WordPress installation?

I just bought a new Betheme license. Now I want to register the lic key in the WP backend.

It links me to https://my.muffingroup.com/. Did this change? https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ does not work anymore.

I need to register my domain. But when I try to login with my saved credentials, it says "The email or password is incorrect. Please try again."

So my password does not work anymore and when I try to reset it, I don´t receive an email.

Could you give me hints or provide a hotfix for an issue on the Home page Mobile View please? The issue shortly is: There are 3 zoom boxes in the Home page containing links to different product categories. It works properly in desktop view, but the domain name is removed from the link in mobile view some why, so it looks like https://<product_category_label>/<category_name>/ instead. There is no difference between the link value in desktop and mobile view in Be Editor. Next, the content has been exported-imported to a new page, where it worked properly in mobile view too, while it was not set as home page. Also the original page is working well in mobile view as well if it is not set as home page. What kind of plugin can override this content or what kind of config can replace the links and remove domain name on home page and in mobile view only?

Please give me hints, provide a hotfix or a workaround to solve it.

Every time I update betheme to 28.5.5, the frontend breaks with the CSS dump + critical error.

Can you please advise? It's definitely that update, as all other updates work fine and as soon as I perform the update on Betheme, it messes up?

I'm using the [slider] shortcode to display product images on a custom post type template built with BeBuilder.

Shortcode used:

[slider category="wall-packs-lkfs" orderby="date" order="DESC" style="" navigation=""]

ISSUE

The slider outputs the "slider-content" image size (registered as 1630x860, hard crop). My source images are square (1024x1024), so the hard crop cuts roughly 16% of the image height — the product renders appear cropped top and bottom.

I confirmed this with wp_get_registered_image_subsizes():

I could not find any setting for this size in Theme Options, in the Slides post type, or in WordPress Media Settings.

QUESTIONS

1.⁠ ⁠Does the [slider] shortcode accept an attribute to specify a different image size? The documentation lists only category, orderby, order, style and navigation.

2.⁠ ⁠If not, is there a supported filter or hook to change which image size the slider consumes?

3.⁠ ⁠Is "slider-content" used anywhere else in the theme besides the Slides slider? I want to know the impact before re-registering it with crop = false from my child theme.

I’ve been working with WPBakery for many years, and I’d like to continue using it for my new website. However, with the new version of BeTheme, I can’t access any WPBakery demos.

If I install an older version of BeTheme, will I still be able to access the WPBakery-based demos, or will I be redirected to BeBuilder demos? And will my current license key be accepted in the older version?

I have a problem with the site I'm making with the betheme museum theme, this morning I installed the theme and it worked perfectly, on the home page there was the section that showed the posts with the images as in the demo (see attached photos), by mistake I deleted something and I can no longer restore the view as in your theme but I read different by inserting the blog news element that I don't like so much, I would like everything on my site to be the same as in your template as I saw it this morning but I don't want to reinstall everything and lose what I've done so far thanks

The price table page on my website isn't loading on mobile. What could be the problem?

The filtering is working only by pressing the submit button. When selecting the radio item (Categories) the page does not submit or filter automatically. The submit on change is a must since the user is getting confused as he/she expects the filter to occur immediately after checking the category.

I am unable to de-register theme from http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ on wordpress.p706642.webspaceconfig.de and re-register it at https://www.stroex.media/ as it shows the theme files are still being used, however I complelty removed the theme from staging now and changed the theme. Still the same error.
