BeTheme does not seem to be compatible with the "Enhanced Media Library" plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/enhanced-media-library/). Although this plugin apparently has not been tested with WordPress 6.9, it works perfectly, but not when using the BeTheme.

Steps to reproduce:

1. On a blank WordPress site, install BeThemen and the Enhanced Media Library plugin.
2. Upload an image to the media library.
3. Create a new post and edit with BeTheme editor.
4. In the editor add an "image" element. Click on "Browse" to choose the image.
5. The media selector popup presented is not from the Enhanced Media Library plugin and on the bottom right, there is red message "Something went wrong".

The main problem is, that the media selector does not allow to filter the images based on categories.

When not using the BeTheme editor, but the standard WordPress editor, the media selector popup correctly allows to filter and there is no error message.

Does anyone know a solution? Can the BeTheme support please take a look at this?

I have registered a purchase code with my website. In the BeTheme dashboard under "Theme Registration" I can see that the purchase code has been registered. I can deregister it and again register it.

When going to https://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ and entering the same purchase code and my envato username and clicking on "Show Licenses", I am greeted with

"The purchase code has not been used to register Betheme or the username does not match the purchase code."

What am I doing wrong?

I'm attempting to display images associated with categories created with ACF. I think the {featured_image} shortcode is either pulling the wrong data, not pulling data at all, or I need to create a new shortcode altogether that can be pulled into the dynamic data selector and used inside elements.

Is there a solution for this? Thanks for your help!

But by setting a template for the post set by me this intro-header function is not displayed. How do I set it and/or add it in my post template? both in the header, global and post template there is no button for this intro-header (or subheader) I would like to set a different header image for each post depending on the article, and then in the body the classic feature image.

on our live site we have version 8.0.1 and the BeTheme plugin panel shows a blue Update button for 8.4.1.

Clicking the update button results in [VC shortcodes on the live site and the plugin is either deactivated or is no longer listed - I've seen both behaviours. I have to restore the js_composer directory to get back to a functioning site but then we're still on 8.0.1.

I suspect permissions but can't be sure. The plugin file is writeable by the webserver. Does the uppdate process expect all of wp-content to be writeable?

and tried to update WP Bakery/js_composer on both our dev and live sites.

After the failed update I just see VS shortcodes on the pages:

I have renewed support at Envato for the dev site hoping that would fix it but the purchase code remains the same so the licence checker thinks the licence has expired. Do I have to buy a new licence rather than than renew the one I have? I'm guessing that would get you a new purchase code?

I have recently been experiencing texts that continue infinitely in the blocks, without a break at the end of the margin. This is the case with blocks built with Elementor, but also in the WooCommerce product pages.

What did I do? I disabled all plugins and checked whether the problem was solved. This was not the case.

I had previously asked Elementor a question about this, but they referred me to the theme builder.

Today I noticed that I have the problem with newly created product pages.

I had full width on desktop and box on mobile.

In the theme options, in the responsive section, I set disable boxed layout and on mobile the display went to full width.

I want to go back to box on mobile. I set it to default as it was before but on mobile it still stays full width. Could I have some directions?

Working with the visual builder I select a color background for a section. In the visual builder it looks fine, but when I refresh and go to the published page the color background is not visible. It is happening only for the new sections.

Visitors to my blog have informed me that they can change the text of my blog article. 

Once I reload the page, it reverts back to my original version. 

It is as if there is something active that allows you to change the text

I finished my design using Bebuilder and adapted the responsive version, and everything looked fine within the editor and browser. However, suddenly, the mobile version in the browser started looking off, with elements out of place, even though it still appears perfect in Bebuilder. (I only checked on iphone)

I have changed the main image in the top page (home). It looks good enough.

But when it comes to mobilephone interface, seems that the image is too large so I would like to replace it with another image.

I believe I can select a different image for each interface. But when I uploaded the image for mobilephone interface, the image was not being adopted. I wonder if I have missed any steps?

For example, we used our additional CSS as below, but often such an object displays incorrectly or the object does not look as it should:

width 940px -> clip-path: polygon(0 0, 98% 0, 90% 100%, 0% 100%);

or

width 1200px -> clip-path: polygon(0 0, 98% 0, 95% 100%, 0% 100%);

I have installed BeTheme and am encountering several issues with WPBakery Page Builder. I had previously purchased and installed WPBakery, but after switching to BeTheme, I can no longer see the responsive options for rows. Additionally, some features are missing from the WPBakery Page Builder control panel.

I have also installed the Ultimate_VC_Addons plugin, but some elements, such as buttons, are not displaying correctly.

I have already checked that the Responsive option is enabled both in the theme settings and in the WPBakery settings. Everything seems to be configured properly.

These issues do not occur on other websites where I am using different themes, so I believe it may be related to BeTheme.

Could you please assist me in resolving these issues?
