Can You tell me how I can make Template for Main shop page?

I made one for Archives watching Your video for nested categories. Made one for single product pagem too. They are shown on screenshots.

Product categories template is assigned to - Shop Archives

Single product template is assigned to - Post type Product

But can not find option to asign template to Main shop page!? It looks diferent from Arcives!? See 03 and 04 attached imades.

Testing site is local, so screenshots are the only way to show You settings and frontend.

on the website sinisk.com I often encounter the same error. Weddings are confused with baptisms and a 404 error comes out and weddings porfolio is 404 too. I can't look at it every day if it goes down. We need to find out what's wrong.

on www.muster-schmidt.ch it shows 12 products per category although I wrote in the settings (woo Shop -> products list -> products per page: 50)

How can I adjust the settings so that the products are shown all on one page not two.

On the admin dashboard it is showing "Your theme (Betheme Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files."

we’re currently running into some issues with our WooCommerce shop and wanted to check if this might be related to the theme or if you’ve seen something like this before.

In the cart, every time we change anything, the product gets duplicated. For example, if we try to remove an item, it suddenly shows up twice instead of being removed. The same happens when we apply a coupon code, the product just appears twice. It really feels like a bug.

More importantly, we’re having trouble with coupon codes in general. Every time we enter a code, we get an error message, even though the code is valid. It just doesn’t get accepted in the cart.

Would be great if you could point us in the right direction or let us know what might be causing this.

On our WooCommerce shop/archive page, variable products are displaying a "Choose an option" dropdown selector directly in the product card loop. We would like to disable this dropdown entirely on the archive/category pages.

The related products shown below that page (as suggestions) display the dropdown, which we want to remove. The price range (e.g. €67,80 – €339,00) should remain visible — we only want to hide the variation dropdown selector.

Could you advise how to disable the variation dropdown in the product loop/archive cards via BeTheme options or custom CSS?

It seems when the builder launches it doesn't check if there is a version of that class running and it crashes out. Any help on resolving this?

Issue:

• Product pages correctly display converted prices (e.g., USD)
• However, the BeTheme side cart (mfnrefreshcart) and header cart total display values in the store’s base currency (CAD), even when another currency is selected
• The values are not just formatted incorrectly, they are actually calculated in the wrong currency

Investigation:

• In theme-woocommerce.php, I noticed the following block inside mfn_refreshsidecart() is commented out:

• It appears BeTheme attempted to support WooPayments Multi-Currency, but it is currently not functional
• The AJAX handlers (mfnrefreshcart, header fragments) do not initialize WooPayments currency context, so WooCommerce defaults to base currency when calculating totals

Result:

• Cart items, subtotals, and header totals are inconsistent with the selected currency
• This creates incorrect pricing display and a broken user experience

Question:

Is there an official or recommended way to make BeTheme’s AJAX cart and header cart fully compatible with WooPayments Multi-Currency?

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my website after migrating it from another domain.

The logo is displayed correctly in the menu on the main pages, but on the Shop page and single Product pages it does not appear correctly. It seems that, after the migration, those pages may still be using the old logo image path or some old data from the previous database/domain.

I already updated the header settings and changed the logo there, but the change is not being reflected on the Shop and Product pages.

Could you please check where this logo is being pulled from and help me update it correctly across the entire website, including the Shop and Product pages?

It is possible that:

- the old image URL is still saved somewhere in the database,

- the theme or WooCommerce templates are using an old logo setting,

- or there is some cache preventing the new logo from showing.

Please let me know what I should check or modify, or if you can assist directly.

I am using BeTheme with WooCommerce and I need to customize the text that appears in the customer processing order email (the confirmation email sent to customers after they place an order).

I have tried overriding the customer-processing-order.php template in my child theme and also adding custom hooks/snippets, but the default text is still displayed. It seems that BeTheme is overriding the standard WooCommerce templates or using its own email system.

Could you please clarify:

1. How can I safely change the default text that appears in the customer processing order email?
2. Is this done via the BeTheme email editor, or is there a filter/hook I can use in a child theme or code snippet?
3. Will changes be preserved after theme updates?

After updating to the latest version, I now have these lovely things around my images that turn into hover videos using custom CSS/JS, I've never had this issue on the last version. And all of my border image settings are off

we use Betheme and the official Paypal Plugin. But we can´t use the credit card forms from paypal because if we activate the paypal payment options for credit cards, we can´t fill in the form fields. And then we get an error when we try to send the form inputs. (wrong field inputs)

Paypal Support is not really helpful - they said this is a problem for the theme developer.

We de-actiated all plugins, we deleted every custom css code, we deleted every code in the funcions.php. All the time we get the same error. But if we install a other theme, then everything is fine.

So, do you know this failure? We just need some help.

The products in my shop were all created in the same way. However, the display is not consistent for some products. Sometimes the spacing between the product and the heading varies. The arrangement of the products next to each other is also inconsistent. How can I change this?

I have a problem with responsibility of 5 stars rating on mobile devices.

I found a bug that I fixed locally, in the wp-content/themes/betheme/js/woocommerce.js file.

The problem lies in this call: setTimeout(mfnShopListOptions.grab, 1);

It loses context, so I solved it with: setTimeout(() => mfnShopListOptions.grab(), 1);

I am attaching the file in question with the working modification.

We've noticed that when we select a category (on the left of our site) and add filters (at the top, above the images), we can't click "Clear Filters." We can only clear them one by one. Likewise, if we copy and paste the page URL, for example, into another tab, the button works.

Why? I hope I've been clear in my explanation.

I face the problem, that the price doesn´t change, when choosing a variation.

It allways displays the "price range" and not the price of the chosen item.

I´ve tried turning of the "Price range visibility" in the Template, but then it doesn´t display the price at all.

The product itself has 2 variations with different lengths and prices:

And I want it to display the singe price when choosing one of the variations – like this:

Could you please tell me how to get this to work?
