muffin builder not working after upgrade

Something weird have happened after upgrading theme and muffin builder. It looks like a jquery problem, but I have checked with firebug, and not showing any errors.

When you open a page, muffin builder shows broken, no tabs.

update:

I reinstalled a backup of the site that I made before upgrading extensions. Muffin builder breaks the moment I upgrade Visual composer plugin.

This is first time when we see something like that. In this case, we recommend to deactivate plugins. But if this won't help, you should re-install theme files but only via FTP to be sure that all files will be transferred properly.
