Shortcodes missing?

How come some of the shortcodes are missing for me?

I can see a few different shortcodes on http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/shortcodes that I do not see in my add item list

Hi,

some items are raw/text shortcodes and you can find them under []+ button which is inside default WP editor.

The "get in touch" shortcode though is not found there. Where is this located?

@todd_fooshee Yes, we got it but it's called "Contact Box"
