Google Analytics not working

I receive from Google that no data is received, the script tracking code is installed in place.

    Hi,

    both images you pasted above are the same. Anyway, looks like the code is properly. Sometimes GA need time to catch the code and that is not related with our theme at all.

    This is already in place for a few months now. And if the code looks good is no explain why the code is not used by analytics.

    If it's since months, there is no explanation for sure. In such case, first we recommend to compare the code you pasted with the code from GA dashboard. If you are 100% sure that both are the same, you should contact with GA support and ask them why Analytics is unable to connect with your site. We are using GA on all our pre-made layouts and customers sites and on each site GA code works perfectly so the problem is definitely somewhere else.
